And I think this is another mark, but it's too hard for me to see what it is.

Who/where/when?

 

a lot of these were made in the 1st quarter of the 1900's , in several countries..

 

Script V for 'vreemd', Dutch import mark 1906-1953.
Probably made in Germany.

 

Now I'm seeing it too
But there seems to be something else under the V
