I cannot find anything on this leather jacket, no label only the name printed on the outside pockets inside lining, it looks like it reads, ( hollies ). Or hollier.
has big front pockets with string ties, inside satin red pocket, 2 skinny snap pockets maybe for knives or ammo.
removable zippered hood, is this a hunting jacket ? Any ideas on age, or what it was made for ? 090.JPG 091.JPG 092.JPG 093.JPG 094.JPG 095.JPG 107.JPG

YKK may simply be the zipper manufacturer.

It is, I believe it is a Japanese firm.

    Hi,
I agree the YKK is a Japanese firm making zippers. I remember back in the 1970s the company was going to stop making metal zippers and switch to plastic. The uproar from bikers, gays and hunters was unbelievable. They decided to make both plastic and the metal zippers.

If those are magnetic fasteners in the pocket flaps, I would date this to the 1980s at the earliest......................

Going to agree with that. Probably 1980's or later. The use of spring toggles -- or whatever you call them (cord locks?) seems to be a later invention.

I think Debora nailed it with the link from Sweden.

    Could be 1970's then.

To my eye, nothing about this jacket looks to be 1970s. It was a period when men's clothing was much more close-fitting, often belted at natural waist.
