Clueless, really, but get a 50s feel. Think there were lamp bases that looked something like the stoneware part, with the hole in the middle.

 

Looks 1980s on to me.

I'd use it for yard art.
Looks newer. Last 10 years or so.

We all appreciate the way you answer questions we have about your items, I for one anyway will keep watching. I’ve unfortunately had to put a couple of other posters on “ignore” because of the arrogant way they give only partial descriptions then ignore honest questions from those trying to help them. Life is too short to try and help people who don’t give a rat!
