Metal Candleholders-Any info?

    Hi Folks-
    These candleholders are about 10" tall. They're kind of grungy as you can see. Not sure how to clean them up. The surface is dark but there's a gold tone to it. No marks that I can find save for an 1871 in black paint on the underside. The figure at top screws on and off. She carries a sickle and a sheaf of grain. Putti in relief decorate the sides.
