Metal Purse Help

    Hi all,
    Trying to figure out if this is an older piece - 4 1/2"H x 5 3/4" at the bottom x 2"W. Made of some sort of metal, not magnetic. I've found a couple on line, they think 1960s and say silver plate. No marks anywhere. Where would this have been made? Maybe a souvenir piece? Would this be considered embossed or punched design?
    any information appreciated

    A lot of those were disco-era imports from India. Just big enough for lipstick, taxi fare and a vial of that white stuff.

    Odds on it's nickel, but I'd test just in case. I'm seeing yellow instead of rainbowing.
