Featured Midcentury portrait signed

    Pretty sure this is 1950's or so, based on style and frame and damage to the mat board. Watercolor apparently. Can anyone make any progress with the signature? Sorry about the reflections, too much snow outside! If better pics needed I can try again.

    Pre-1963 from the framer's label with 2-digit postal code.

    According to the internet, framers moved to Fortieth Street in 1960 when plans were underway to demolish Grand Central Station.

    Thanks for looking. Actually looks more like Nagi to me, but that doesn't lead anywhere either. Still trying to figure it out...
