Middle Eastern Charger

Hi guys, Ive got my hands on this gorgeous Middle Eastern Charger. I know there are alot of tourist pieces out there, Ive learnt alot from you guys. I just love this though and I notice the marks on the back, just wondered if anyone knows anything about this?? Thanks

It does look quite mechanical. @Lana, it will be easier for you to closely examine the actual plate, but compare the fine details from one section to the next. All the leaves and dots seem to be almost exactly the same. With a hand chased piece, you would expect some variation.
