So I found this ring and the little bag today.
Ring has 5 gemstones that i'm not good at identifying. The ring is stamped inside 14K Italy Milor.
The stones from left to right are purple, Clear, pink, amber, yellow.
I looked up Milor and find some high dollar items but no ring like this.

Hard to tell from out here. I have ring with blue, pink & yellow sapphires, so that's one possibility for at least some of them. Pink could be morganite. If the blue stone is really more of a purple, could be tanzanite. Maybe a photo taken with a rolled up sheet of white paper through the ring would show the colors better & let you photograph at a more direct angle. We can generate possibilities but probably not certainties.

Can you take closeup photos of the stones and inside of ring? Looks like they tried to gypsy set the stones, but burr set instead. The inside of the ring appears to be strange also, like it would be dangerous to wear.

Milor is an Italian factory. They make gold, sterling and bronze items. This might be a mother's ring or something similar. If so the stones are most likely synthetic.

    Nice ring, Mikey.
Milor is not a top brand, so no one expects top quality. They make what they are good at, which is attractive jewellery which people enjoy wearing. It will sell.

Unsold, with the low estimate of $150

At least several look the same, different arrangement.

I think of Milor as a maker of high-end 'fashion' jewellery.

Thanks AJ. And Bronwen. I went to bed thinking I had a poor quality, poorly cut, dangerous ring. And all I was really looking for was to I'd the stones.

The one at the bottom is colorless, I think you said. Are you sure it's not a pale blue? Think we can rule out diamond*, & simple quartz doesn't seem likely, to me, either, so wondering if it's aquamarine. Some garnet is that deep orange. The stones are, or are meant to look like they are, outside the quartzes like amethyst, citrine & rock crystal (colorless). Rose quartz is not well suited for a translucent faceted gem.

*Or maybe not. Very small diamonds are not so expensive as all that. Have you cleaned the undersides of the stones?

Do any of the stones respond to UV light?

I thought up rolled paper for you, but works well. I have lots of rings that need new homes. When the time comes to take pix, I'm using the technique too. That, & the paperclip ring stand.

It photographs as the dullest of the lot. Diamond, white topaz, & CZ should all have more flash.
