I just recently purchased this miniature beach scene (4 in by 2 in). I think it is a beach scene?? I believe it is signed Raab. I would appreciate any opinions or information. Thank you and I hope you are all safe & healthy!

I'm not sure about the skill set of this artist, since the window doesn't look right at all.

Sweet. But I'd think done by an amateur watercolorist. And, as always, photographs of artwork including the frame most helpful because helps date.

A Mr Dominic Raab is standing in for our Prime Minister here in U.K. at present. Maybe he painted when he was a child?
Always good to see the backs of paintings, materials used can often give a rough date.

Kind of odd because the building looks like adobe so I'm thinking Baja?

A quiet little scene painted by a hobbyist.

From what I can see, work appears to be a little decorative work from the 1970s.

I want to mention that this appears to be painted on a small, rectangular piece of mat board that was cut from a frame portion. @darryl , this is generally something that a hobbyist painter would do.

Is this smaller than an ACE card painting?

I thought that at first too, antidiem. The standard ACEO is 3.5 x 2.5.

Flipper, can you see any signature on the painting on your link?
The one in the link is an oil, while the OP's appears to be a watercolor, so it's difficult to compare the two. Also the one in the link is so small and dark, I cannot get any feel for it at all. I'm not sure these are painted by the same artist.
