Featured Minton Porcelain Help

    This reticulated Minton piece has a top diameter of 10 1/2" and is 6 3/8" tall.

    Is it a compote or fruit bowl or? It's welled, not flat.

    Can you help with the date cypher? I think it's the one above the impressed Minton and is for 1866 but would like someone with more knowledge than I to take a look. What is the mark below the word Minton?

    A tazza, maybe, pattern #8800, sometimes listed as Newcastle.
