Featured Mission Style Even Arm Settle

Has anyone seen a settle like this? It’s newer, Phillips head screws. No maker information. Thanks for any information.

 

Good Heavens! What is the length of it??? When I enlarged the second image, it looks like it has been broken.....either that or it's where it has been joined. However, I think @verybrad and @James Conrad need tagging and others will show up too to help you more! And, no, I've not seen one quite like it before!! The design looks simple but nice!

 

Not exactly Mission style. More Spanish revival. Would like to see the decking, top and bottom. Construction details and those phillips screws would also be helpful.

The length is 80.5 inches. There is a crack running through the side panel.

 

The last time we spoke he was disappointed that there were so few antiques on an antiques forum. I must say I've had to get used to that too (if I have).
He could be taking a break from all the modern 'stuff' that is being posted more and more.

My area is mostly pre 1940s glass stuff and there is less and less of that but I hang on hoping.

I just heard from James. He checks the forum every 2 weeks or so, but since there is nothing from his period of interest, that is all he does.

 

that's too bad.....he makes a good addition to the community..
