Mission Style Oak Library Chair

I need help identifying this chair. Its possibly recently made but there are no identification markings. Thanks in advance!

 

Interesting chair but agree that it is probably not too old. Would think it comes from an office furniture maker rather than a mainstream furniture company. Also, it is not oak. Looks more like birch (or beech if of European origin) with a dark walnut stain.

 

Thanks for the info. That gives me somewhere to start.
