Hi everyone I found this lid the today and wondered if anyone knows how to find out how old it is?
    The writing on it says
Mitcham Lavender, Potter & Moore, ESTD 1749, Saving Soap lid, London, England.
I know it’s a screw top lid but that’s it.

Thank you for your help. Hayley

@Ownedbybear , Creighton's Shampoo kept showing up in the unlikely place of Ross Discount store , then it just dried up ..... my wife loved that stuff and it smelled great ! I use double edge razors and single edge 1910 Ever ready razors I am always on the lookout for shaving soap myself !
