Featured Modern Japanese Woodblock?

    Could it be Sadao Watanabe? The faces are very similar.

    Thanks a bunch, that’s a very good suggestion.
    The style, colors and printing technique are very similar to Sadao Watanabe‘s ones. And the same chop mark can be seen on some of his works.
    What’s unusual is that this print does not bear his signature.
    From what I found out his pieces feature mostly biblical motives. Wonder if this print has something the with the Bible as well?

    It certainly is the style, but a different stamp. He could have changed it, yours looks like it could be a more stylized Watanabe stamp.
    Worth looking into.
