Modern print but who's the artist ?

On very thin paper made this artist print . But no name on the front en no name found on the backside off the print itself . Who has some idea who could be the artist ?

I see some letters in that last pic,but I cant make them out.

 

I'm not even sure what it is I'm looking at....

 

Made a new picture and maybe easier to see ?

 

Looks like a set off, when you print you often will use another piece of paper in between the plate the blanket and the printing paper. Could be ink bleeding from the real print on to this piece of paper.
At the top left hand side it looks like it's had two pressings anyway, showing two edges.
Overall it looks very weak to be print any artist would want to keep. But I may be wrong.

 

In the print i see some letters and it looks like the word envelop or envelob that;s written in the print .
