Do you have and/or can you please show us the whole piece?

Hello, Angela. It sure doesn't look like either the flowers or the foliage of wisteria. Not particularly like clematis either, although a picture of the whole item will help make that decision.

I don't think so, necollectors. Not lily foliage, not lily flowers.

That trillium looks a lot closer, SiS.

The site wont let me post the whole picture because of size. It's a large plate .

I think the other plate may be Lemon Tree or Bird in Lemon Tree by Sally Tuffin.

This is even better than the trillium, flipper. I think the question is whether anyone can find it in Moorcroft reference book.

Ah I think you've got it, looks like what most call Bougainvillea.

I am almost certain it is the same plate. The hooked leaf, and the jagged point leaf are exact. The plate just needs to be turned to replicate the picture I sent.
That being said, if it has impressed marks on the back that can be helpful, and the site I got this from did not identify it as a Moorcroft?

Hi all , I'm new to the site , the plate is Walter Moorcroft's Bourgainvillaea design , I would say it was produced in the late 1950's / early 1960's.
The other is Sally Tuffin's Lemons design from the late 1980's.
Drop me a line with any questions around older Moorcroft items , both my wife and I have a long standing association with Moorcroft, having being former employees at the factory , and in addition to this we've exhibited at antiques fairs and now are keen collectors , so if we can help with anything drop us a line,
