more majolica, a gryphon pitcher and I think Neptune spout. Ideas as to maker?

    Looks like the guy on the spout has goat's horns, so Pan or a satyr.

    not much help but looks like I did find the same jug in a Pinterest link to nowhere noted as majolica lion jug

    figure looks like Lion Rampant rather than gryphon

    It's usually Bacchus on a jug - connection with drinking.

    All good my end,lovely Cuz.

    Waiting for new keyboard as only half of this one works,no upper anything except capital letters on lock. SO ANNOYING, hope it comes tomorrow and ... yes,as per, it WAS a cat's fault. My Feefs dribbled on it and must have been a particularly potent dribble as it made my board short out. xxx
