The one appears to be by Edward Barton but ignore the price on 1stbids as their pricing is astronomical. Go on ebay and type in edward Barton painting and there are listings way cheaper. Most around 150 dollars

The rest appear to be factory decorative sofa paintings

Thank you I know they are ridiculous lol I would love to get some of those prices they ask for stuff. I just wanted someone to confirm I am on the right track before I spend another hour researching. Thank you so much

The ski painting looks to be "L. Martin". There is a artist a L martin artist but couldn't find any that matched the signature as yours. Maybe someone else could find that.

Is the "sand texture" - actually the texture of watercolor paper?

It sort of looks like sprayed sheetrock mud!! But the painting itself is a watercolor or gouache?

I agree with Rink on the prices of Barton, although in person in a shop, I'd definitely mark it $250 to have some wiggle room and someone will feel they've gotten a good deal. Of course you can def mark it higher too! Someone in Cali may have the money for MCM decorations.

It's a painting on canvas and really thick in spots and a sand like texture. I stuck my finger nail on there to give you idea on depth of some of it.

DeAnne, It may be sheetrock mud, or similar art textured paint. It's not a major work of art, but in time that extra thick surface could flake off of flexible canvas. I would not put a high price tag on that one. The artwork itself doesn't appear to demand it either. The center focal point is faded out, with effort to emphasize the horse drawn cart, but It doesn't really work for me. The fade technique may be trying to emulate fog? Not sure, but a quickly painted and appears to be water based paint.
