Moriage Japanese Plates

  1. found these awhile back at a flea market for 10 bucks for the set. did some research and theres alot of various prices out there. anyway i thought they looked cool but dont really know much more about them. i was in a plate phase for a bit.

    Hi,
    That is not what I call moriage. Moriage is like thick toothpaste which is used on items.

    I think it's enamelling. The colors are beautiful. You should post a picture of any marks if you want more info. Please don't post any more links; a faint of heart person like myself could go into cardiac arrest if she hits the "next" arrow.
