Trying to identify the type and date of prints. By dress, we guessed the villagers are Chinese and that number three depicts a traveling or village wise man? or advisor?

I was told to get a translation of the writing and mark. Does anyone use an online translation service? I heard of a site that translators bid for jobs and you can get small translations like these reasonably priced.
