thought this was lovely when i found it (im having that !!)

from searching i think its a enid blyton character, but can find nothing like it

any thoughts, theories, info appreciated

as im not finding any others like it, im thinking maybe a hobbyist piece ?

Who writes backwards "3s" like that, or better yet, why????

 

stumped me as well that, all a bit of a mystery piece

but usually quite a good thing, when you cant find another one listed

i can only think its a one off amateur piece, but then why the number ?
