Murano millifori vase or not

Is this Murano or not ? If so, is there a name for this design or anything, it stands about 11" tall.

I would call it spatter glass not mlifiori.

Bohemian/Czech, spatter glass as George said, could be a piece of Welz or Ruckl glass. Is it cased glass, looks like a blueish interior? @desperate_fun might be able to confirm for you

 

It doesn't appear to be cased. I don't recognize this as Welz (And know very little about Rukl) From the pics it looks as though the base has a matte type finish and when I see that I think Asian Import.

Hi, yes it is cased glass.

 

Looks to me like the blue base was attached to the spatter vessel as the base dos not appear to me to have the clear glass outer coat the vase/bowl portion does. To me it looks Chinese.

I wondered about the base but wasn't sure, thanks for pointing this out
