Murano question

    Hi,
    Trying to learn some stuff about Murano. This sticker confuses me. It translate at the bottom as style of art. Does that mean it’s in Murano’s style but not really Murano? Listings are all over the place and I don’t want to follow in someone else’s footsteps with a mistake.

    That is correct. In the style of Murano. Made to deceive folks into thinking it is Murano made

    These are known fake Murano labels
    Most are from China. Got them from the FB Murano group

    Very interesting. I have a paperweight that has a Murano label. I have to look i tup and see if it is the real deal or not.
    I believe mine is oval in shape and red with gold.

    Many of these are still Italian, just not made on Murano.
