I have a enameled pin that has a hallmark that might be Russian. Does anyone know?

That looks more like 835, what I'd expect from German or Swiss jewelry. The symbol after it is too indistinct for me to make out. I don't think it is Russian.

Any idea what the BB would be in Germany or Switzerland?

This style is worn in southern Germany and Austria. It could have been made in either country, ca 1950s. My guess is Austria.
The gold is of a low fineness, and the stone is probably a garnet, but could be garnet glass.

    JMHO.
not Switzerland. Bavaria and Bohemia. when simple silver then the stones have to be tested if they aren't simple Gablonz rhinestones. more expensive parures used Bohemian pyrope.
