Mystery pretty blue glass piece with partial label?

    I don't know what to call this--a vase? Is this ice blue? It is about 8 inches tall and has bubbles and elongated bubbles on the base. Closeup of partial label, maybe someone recognizes the shape? Can make out an "A" and and "L". Thanks everybody.

    I would guess "Italy." We'll probably never know what the manufacturer called this color so if selling I'd simply go with something like "Blue Italian Empoli Stemmed Vase." No harm in adding the work "Ice" if you'd think it would help make the sale.
