Any thoughts on the possible history of these two dolls?
The blond measures 10" and the back is marked "Pat's Pend." She's made of hard plastic.
The second doll is 8" tall, with a painted cloth composition face and cloth body.

The first one looks like she could be a Lenci doll, made in Italy.

The first one resembles a Lenci, but lacks the quality. But just to be sure, check out the bottom of the feet.

    2nd doll is hard plastic.......probably 50's/later.

Hundreds of them were made. I don't know of a doll collector who collects them.

Appeal would be to the person who can say "I had one just like that!"

To add, I don't think all Lenci's were marked on the feet.
