I find it charming but in poor condition, needs to be restretched.
Wonder why it is signed in English. Maybe made for the tourist market? 40's-50's?

Don't know. I would think it is the location,Napoli. Is Naples a person's name?

Lots of People in US with last name Naples. I looked up John Naples on Zabasearch and got 56 free listings, meaning there are more than 56 John Naples, as long as there are only a nominal number of dupe listings of the same person. Then add Adam, Alice, Benjamin, Betty, Charles, Charlene, etc. you'll certainly have tens of thousands.

Actually, I meant if there is such Italian name? Naples is the English for Napoli, right? The painting is signed Italy, so the artist being Italian with last name Naples... I don't know.

Ok forget what I wrote, I didn't read "Italy" but can see it now. Guess it was painted by a street artist there if he wrote in the city, maybe at the request of his/her customer.

Maybe the girl is not Italian? Otherwise I think it would be signed Napoli for a local person
