Featured Native American looking small rug

    Pulled this out of textile pile at thrift store yesterday, was being tossed around by a few customers, so I went over and grabbed it. Feels soft like a wool cotton blend, machine sewn on ends it looks like but the sides you can tell it was hand loomed.
    Any ideas on tribe if any ?

    looks like lazy lines.....this looks like Navajo....maybe a saddle blanket....

    It looks Peruvian llama wool to me, possibly alpaca.

    I think Any's right; the finishing work doesn't look Navajo and the colors look like natural alpaca.
