Native American?

This is a very delicate piece. Measures 24 inches x 1 inch. Anyone know the origin? Or design?

 

It is loom woven beadwork, which is a technique that has been used by Native Americans, as well as Asian imitations, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and other crafters. The design is not particularly diagnostic. How long is it? Belt length? Garter length? It would be helpful to have a close up of both sides of the ends, to see how they are constructed. It looks like one end might be leather, which could be a clue as to origin depending on what type of leather it is.
The beads do not look super uniform in size and shape (keeping in mind the limitations of the photos and my eyesight), which would indicate some age. The blue also looks like an older color (again, a variable of the photography). My guess is sometime around 1920-1940.

 

the wear says to me girls belt...& the age coul;d be 50's...give or take.
Hard to say for sure it's NA....as the diamonds don't speak to any one tribe..
