    Hi...that is not running bear's hallmark...That looks more like the owner engraved his initials into it. Very amateur, in MHO....Below is Running Bear hallmark.

    It is cute, typical Navajo, not by a famous maker. There are quite a few Navajo silversmiths with surname Begay or Becenti.
