Natural STONE TURTLE PLATE Info?

    Hey guys, we have this plate with some imaging of turtles. The piece is cold to the touch, but we are unsure which stone it is. Seems harder than soapstone, though we are unsure. Any info on the type of stone and origin/age of the piece would be great! Thanks in advance!

    The plate measures 10" x 10" x 1.25" tall
    Weighs about 4 lbs.
