    Indian. I've had several, and indeed, bought them in the late 60s. Based on nautch bell shapes. Costume.

    Agree, Indian. Usually attributed to Rajasthan.
    As you know, I appreciate your love of Yemeni jewellery, Barn, but I am a bit worried when it starts to develop into 'Yemenitis'. Very hard to get rid of.;):playful::hilarious:

    :hilarious: I'm sorry, lol. I spend so much time admiring the pictures online, I can't help but conflate similarities in my mind.
    I have this same problem with Czech jewelry. I see a pretty filigree piece and a light goes on in my head: "OH MY GOD, IT MIGHT BE CZECH GLASS JEWELRY!"

    As you go on gathering info you will get better acquainted with the (subtle) differences in styles. Even then you will get it wrong, but there is always the forum to set you straight. Or not....:confused:
