Need any information on possible campaign / metamorphic chair bed

My first post on these forums, i recently bought this chair from a man who for the last 70 years had it in his attic and belonged to his aunt before him. All i can decipher myself is that it must be post 1907 as the patent plaque is constructed from bakelite. Don't know if this is campaign or not as it interestingly turns into a bed although is relatively heavy with the metal springs. Can't find a single design like this with this type of folding.

 

The name, 'Tri Una', inside a triangle suggests the chair can be arranged into 3 different shapes. Maybe it also converts into a chaise longue?

"An intriguing folding chair. The back has two upright positions. The seat unfolds, as can bee seen in the photos, into a lounger come bed. The chair is completely original with the cushions still with their original fabric. Springs are in excellent condition considering their age. Possibly used as a Campaign or Steamer Folding Chair/bed. Made by TRI UNA in the early 1900's, no later than 1920."

Yes that is the ebay listing of the guy i bought it from, after speaking to him more he was just hazarding a guess based on his knowledge of its age, appreciate it thought !
