    Hello,
I recently acquired this clawfoot oak table. I am looking for information on its background, and when it was made.
    Thanks a lot!

Circa 1900. Made by a lot of companies so pinning it to one would be next to impossible. Quality is not the highest but a nice table with some use left in it still.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

The leaves don't look original to the table, but then, leaves have a way of disappearing too!!! So, that's not unusual!!:):):) And they serve the purpose!!

thank you for the information, this is great! I figured the leaves weren't original, but liked the table, especially with the lion head legs. Don't see that too often!
