Recently a friend of mine was cleaning out her attic and gave me a corner chair. Her husband was in the USAF and they spent a lot of time overseas. She gave me a corner chair which she said she purchased at an antique market in Belgium many years ago. I couldn't believe that she wanted to give it away and I have fallen in love with it. Hoping someone may can give me some info or insight on the piece.

    Thanks!

I am not terribly well versed in European furniture but think more like circa 1930. There is the possibility that this could be even later but hard to tell. If this were early, it would not have that drop-in seat. The rush would have been attached directly to the chair frame. Wood appears to be beech.
