    Let me help you with the 'full image' part. I know you said there are no marks on the back, but people will want to see the back anyway. Even a bare back can reveal its secrets.:playful:

    That may well be 18th C, but the back is needed. The decoration is an armorial, painted by someone who had never ever seen a leopard. Which is why I suspect late 18th. Colour of the border is lovely. Coalport, maybe.

    Welcome to the board.
    If you are using your phone to take pictures. Email them to yourself as medium. Save them, then upload from there. Pictures need to be 800x600mb.

    I did look through Fairbairn's Crests of the Families of Great Britain and Ireland and the only tiger passant, looking at you, one paw up, no other items, was this one. It has quite a different look.
