Need Help Identifying Print and Artist

    I need help identifying this print and artist. The print is numbered and there is a mark that indicates it was printed by The Heritage Club, but no signature and I can find no information on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    numbered......?

    is zat 4500, 8500 , or 9500......... doesn't really matter , at that point the frame is worth more than the print..
    oh, and I highly doubt they printed the entire run..........
