    Welcome to the board.
    Measurements would help.
Also a picture of the inside of the drawer. Does it look like file folders might fit inside?

Like it! I've seen many 1920s Deco-era bedroom sets with similar features.

Oh, and tell me....Barak....are you recently (as of last November) unemployed? :angelic::happy:

Maybe older. Reminds me a bit of Carlo Bugatti furniture, with those Orientalist arches, just not as ott.
Maybe he has taken up furniture restoring?

Went after one his small tables once upon a time although i didn't know it was him & neither did auction house, it was marked as "victorian" which, technically i guess you could call it that. Cool guy, cool furniture & yes, i was blown away at that sale, small end table went for something like 13k so SOMEBODY knew who he was & knew his furniture.

Yes, he was, and I love his designs.
He was the father of fabulous sculptor Rembrandt Bugatti and of course Ettore, of Bugatti car fame. Amazing family.

Yeah, is. Although his sons/grandsons stole most of the Bugatti thunder with cars during the 20th century, the old man still had IT! whatever IT is, Carlo had it in spades.
He worked 3 or 4 different elements into designs with inlaid metal/bone etc and the asian/oriental influence is very distinctive.

Something was nagging me that I'd seen a piece of his somewhere before - then I remembered - at the VMFA:

OP's piece is 1920s bedroom furniture. Likely a nightstand but need dimensions to confirm.

Could be but it looks pretty tall in photo, obviously something was attached though.
