Need help identifying this furniture

    Hi Everyone,

    I need help identying this item. It was my mother in laws, she is 93. I don't know more history.
    Does anyone know the age, style, possible manufacturer? Any information would be great. Cannot fine any marking at all. It does appear to be mahagony. Drawers are dovetailed.

    I agree. 1940s. Given her age, it may well have been a wedding set.
