need help in identification- brass cannon toy

hello. i have an old brass cannon toy that seems quite old. i bought this in vintage store in budapest back in 2012, and since then forgot about it, till now. the cannon is brass cast, with moving wheels and barrel. also it has a strange mark under the barrel. need help to identify the year and the price of this cannon, if you can . also i added some pictures of it.

I'm more interested in the writing near the wheel.

 

Looks like nr 7 on the axle. A part number I guess.

 

I almost forgot....HI, and WELCOME, John, to Antiquers, where we love to play, dissect and solve puzzles!!! If one can't, someone else usually comes along that CAN!!!! Am pretty positive it says 'JR 7' on that 'wheel axle'.......but for the other wording, you'll have to get a better angle without flash.....just in GOOD light!!!! AND a STEADY hand!!!! Give me a minute....the other image is a better "JR 7".....I think,......tagging @springfld.arsenal....he loves his cannons!!!!!

 

Now I'm not sure the right circle is any clearer, but as to the lower part you circled, I'm pretty sure it starts '4 T' or '4R'....if you can get a better image, I can still play!!!

You can find items somewhat similar on Eboo. Item probably dates from late 20th. C. It is a souvenir item. Whatever is marked on it doesn’t influence the value, which in my opinion is US $5-$10.
