Need help on signature

Hi, im trying to find the artist on this piece. I believe the first name is chin but not too sure. I was wondering if anyone knew who this was done by. Its got a cool interesting look to it and the frame is pretty heavy. If you have any information im all ears. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. I tried searching the names you guys said but couldn't come across anything. Yeah the matting is a little folded. What kind of art is this?? Abstract? It has a shine to it when looking at it in person.

 

Chin Hito ? I like it,very abstract. Im just wondering how the matt got wet but the art didnt! Take it out of that frame and see if theres unseen damage. And replace that mat.
