Need help to ID pottery- looks like a Chinese Flambe brush washer or censer.

Hi, I need some help with this one. The closest thing I have found are some examples of Chinese Jun Ware and Flambe glazed pottery. The base of the bowl gives me the impression it was originally meant to sit on some type of stand. It measures 4⅞” x 2⅝”.
Any thoughts on if this is old or new?

Clay type says modern studio pottery to me.
