Need Help to Identify a Brass Object

    Good morning everyone. I'm apologizing in advance for the horrible photos. I'm trying to help someone figure out what this item is, long distance and I'm at the mercy of her photographic skills. Her Grandfather traveled to Israel a lot so she's pretty sure it's from there. Thanks for taking a look.

    It is a rosewater sprinkler, used in the Indian Sub-continent and Western Asia. Israel is a possible origin. @komokwa , @Brian Warshaw ?
    Rosewater is sprinkled to welcome guests, and on other special occasions.
