    Welcome.
    You are going to have to show full image photos top and bottom and describe the metal and size.
    My guess from the one picture shown is a wine Tastevin

    Can you read what is in the ribbon?

    The picture is too blurry to really sort the details of the crest (at least for me).

    There is a worn maker's stamp on the base but I'm thinking it might be a rose so unless there is something else it might not be helpful.
