    I was getting ready to list these cocktails when I started to doubt my ID of the etch. I bought a huge set of Cambridge Glass Blossom Time and these were in that set. So I thought these were Blossom Time, but now I'm not so sure. I've looked at floral etches until I'm floral blind, they all look alike.

    I searched chatabout under "floral AND etch" also under "Cambridge AND etch" but couldn't find anything. Plus, this etch is on a lady leg stem so a no go on the blank.

    The cocktails measure 4 7/8" high by 3" in diameter and holds 2 ounces. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Believe it or not, you will get different results with "flower and etch" than "floral and etch" :eek:

    The center of the flower on Blossom Time looks different than yours, also the buds are different.

    Oh my gosh! You got it, that's it! The person who collected the Blossom Time that I bought must have had trouble finding it because she filled it in with another pattern called Apple Blossom which is more widely available. Or she just got these because they're pretty close to BT. Thanks so much, Peggy!

    Yes, I noticed when I searched under floral and etch, the Blossom Time didn't appear. I'll keep that in mind.

    Thank you! My photos turn out better depending upon the weather. When it's overcast, they look better. It's been precipitating here for quite awhile. Rain, snow, ice, slush, whatever comes out of the sky.

    If I had seen that plate, I would likely have gone on by it. It looks different on a plate than on a goblet, where it is totally obvious. That's why I came here to you geniuses, because you all know your glass and different people have different ways to search. I'm always amazed. (I will glom onto the info left with the plate photo.) The R site said circa 1939 which is the same timeframe for Blossom Time (1939- 46).

    Most of what I bought was done on the Martha blank which is a personal favorite so I was definitely buying it. These cocktails I might keep for my new "bar cart" that I just found at a tag sale. It's so cool! We used it at Christmas and it was very convenient.

    You are very welcome!!! :happy::happy::happy:

    I was not totally positive, but I thought it was close enough to give it a shot. It is so much easier when you have the piece in hand. :D:D

    Besides, as Komokwa said the other day, I have to earn my keep every once in a while. ;):p:p:rolleyes::rolleyes::D:D:D
