    Looks 1920s-30s.
    Green and black enamel with possible garnet.

    My guess is those are initials. It appears the ring was resized, so they could easily have been added at that point.

    It doesn't really look much like 14k to me. Have you tested it for content purity?

    yea i read that most of these rings that are art deco are white gold made by them.

    Cleared up the ring a little, but @raazor, did you discern what the letters are by the red arrow in the second image I'm posting....looks like maybe 'CY or LY'???

    oh on the otherside of that image is the mark 14k i'm pretty sure if u look at the other photos of the otherside.
