Need Help With Mark

    So, I took pictures of the mark and put them in different positions because I don't know what is up position or down position. Thanks in advance. I penciled a couple in hoping to make mark easier to see.

    My first thought was German but Norcrest used an NC mark with a Japan foil label. So it may be a Japanese copy of a German original.

    It seems like if it's an NC mark, the N is upside down no matter which way you turn it.
