Thanks in advance for any help at all with style, age, anything else. It's 24" high and 16" square.

Nice tiles. The legs suggest late 19th into early 20th. It needs a bit of oil.

Some art nouveau influence as well as Moorrish. Agree with a late 19th-early 20th century date. Spain? Morocco?

Nice but one side of the table support appears to have a part missing ..half of the circle in the centre carving design is missing .. maybe it can be repaired ... Jo

Don't ask me to explain this, but they're not Moorish tiles. The pierced work looks, if anything, Indian/Far Eastern, but I don't think that's where it's from.

I did see the damage. I know it needs some TLC but I couldn't pass it up, it was only 7.99! The wood holding up the tiles needs to be replaced, so I'll probably be taking it apart soon and get to see the back of them. Hopefully they'll be marked. Thanks again for the help.

I agree with the others--it very much looks like southern Spain in origin (Granada etc.). The tiles aren't Mexican talavera, so I doubt it's from Mexico.

Well Japan was the last place I thought. Don't know about the table itself, but the tiles are from Japan. back.jpg
