New mystery piece: girl with grapes, some inscription on the base

I purchased a few days ago but not yet in my posession so this is almost all I have to show at the moment. ANy ideas who made this? looks German to me

 

She's a well developed girl. Match or spill holder I would think.

 

there's some sort of signature on the bottom. Is the level of workmanship that of a Meissen?

 

Inverted & changed hue/saturation to TRY to bring out whatever is faintly visible.....hopefully someone else is better at trying to read it than I am......I'm thinking that's an old cursive 'Q'???

Yes but my question is why would someone fake a model number and not the makers mark? I'm guessing its authentic from some company...
