I can never work out the right colours for old Chinese blue and white. With wear I'd probably think Kangxi but the lack of wear concerns me. Is it a modern copy? What is your opinion on this tea bowl and saucer?
Colors look ok to me for Early Qing. Don't forget there were different kind of blue pigments used in one period. They do look like Kangxi or Yongzheng to me. They don't have to have a heavy wear to be that old. But at least some scratches on the inside.
I'm having trouble seeing the mark as Chinese, nor am I getting a particularly Chinese vibe from the decoration. Could be European? (Just a guess.) The two marks also seem to me to differ very significantly from each other.
I think the marks look the same if you rotate the saucer counterclockwise a little, about a quarter turn. They don't look Chinese to me, either.
Could be a Japanese copy but I doubt European. Not sure what the mark depicts but there are quite a few pictorial marks on Kangxi porcelain. Some examples at the bottom here: http://www.patergratiaorientalart.com/home/1407
